Order Processing & Shipping

• Current rate: $6.99 flat rate shipping. Orders over $50 ship for free.
• We'll create and ship your personalized products within 3 business days of your order. Large bulk orders may take more processing time.
• Standard ground shipping normally takes between 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Items ship from Decatur, GA. We generally use UPS ground or USPS with tracking services.
• Total time to get your order (creating/packaging time + transit time): 5 to 8 business days depending on your location. Large bulk orders may take more time.
• We know it's important to get your goods to you in a timely manner - and will do our best to get your order to you in these timelines.
• We ship to US mainland only at this time.
• You'll be notified via email when your order has shipped, and we'll provide a tracking number for orders.
